Booking Conditions

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

  • From the booking date to 60 days before, 25% of the total booking will be charged.
  • From 59 days before to 40 days before, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
  • From 39 days before arrival date, 100% of the total booking will be charged.

We will endeavour to re-let the property if cancelled as per above conditions. If we succeed in re-letting to other customers, we will then refund all prepaid amounts.
